Northern Territory GovernmentRights of the Terminally Ill Amendment Act 1996
The Rights of the Terminally Ill Bill was passed by the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly on 25 May 1995.
The Rights of the Terminally Ill Amendment Bill was passed by the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly on 20 February 1996.
The original Act as amended shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by the Administrator by notice in the Gazette.
